The 2nd Annual AusCham Scamble end in success
With the tagline, Fore(!) business people, leaders of industry were well represented on the day as well as four Consuls General.
On the Hole in One (13th hole,) the 120 business people had a swing each to prove their golfing credentials. Alas, the unclaimed Harley-Davidson motorcycle was returned to the showroom.
The 2nd Annual AusCham Scamble
The Cushman & Wakefield team won the Scramble with a gross score of 71 (net score of 66). Team members were Jonathon Tizzard, Justin Wheatcroft, Matt Thwaites and Tom Shapland.
The AusCham Scramble also raises money for charity. This year, $2,069 was raised forHeartbeat Vietnam (a program of the VinaCapital Foundation). AusCham will raise additional funds for Heartbeat Vietnam at its Inaugural Tabcorp Saigon Cup event to be held at the Reverie Hotel in HCMC on Saturday, 1 November.
The 3rd Annual HCMC Scramble will return in 2015 – as will the Scramble in Hanoi which will enter its 2nd year.
