Legend Danang Golf Resort stands as the first 36-hole golf course in Da Nang, consistently serving as a favored destination for numerous golfers, including both local Vietnamese and international visitors. This exceptional golf course is a unique masterpiece on a global scale thanks to the collaboration of two golfing legends, Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman.

The Legend Danang Golf Resort features a total of 36 holes, each meticulously crafted along the coastline. The design embodies the essence of golf, showcasing expansive bunkers, resilient and undulating fairways, and a harmonious blend of untouched marine flora, towering grasslands, and gently sloping terrains.

Following a two-year interval, we had the opportunity to explore the Nicklaus Course, a newly inaugurated golf course that opened in 2020 and presents a distinctly different design compared to the Norman Course. This remarkable creation by the legendary Jack Nicklaus is the first golf course in Asia to feature a bulkhead style. Notably, since our last visit in 2022, the landscape and vegetation of the Nicklaus Course have been enhanced, resulting in a significantly more aesthetically pleasing environment.

The Nicklaus Course features relatively level terrain, with the primary challenge arising from the numerous water hazards that line the fairways. Nevertheless, the fairways are generously wide, allowing players who exercise careful judgment to avoid having their golf balls lost to the water. Bunkers are strategically positioned throughout the course, and in certain holes, these bunkers serve as a safeguard against balls rolling into the water. Consequently, players proficient in sand play will find themselves at a distinct advantage. Additionally, the greens present an unpredictable slope, further complicating the challenge, with the grass speed consistently maintained at over 9.0.

The two golf masterpieces, designed by the legendary designers Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, offer distinctly different experiences. Each course reflects the unique style of its creator, yet both evoke a captivating sensation for players. Notably, the quality of the fairways and greens at both venues is exceptional.

This may be the reason why the Legend Danang Golf Resort is highly esteemed by both local and international golf aficionados. It serves not only as a captivating tourist attraction but has also successfully hosted the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang (ADT) on two consecutive occasions, thereby achieving the goal of introducing an Asian Tour tournament to Vietnam.

Furthermore, the clubhouse stands out as a key feature in the architectural design of Legend Danang Golf Resort. Spanning an area of 3,800 m², it is outfitted with premium facilities and services, situated on a sand dune landscape that complements the natural surroundings. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the impressive Ngu Hanh Son mountain from this location. The clubhouse, characterized by expansive glass walls and a thoughtfully chosen color palette, fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind after an exhilarating round of golf.
