Savour the essence of Korea’s rich culinary heritage at the third Korean Gastronomy Week event at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72. Available from 19 - 27 September 2025, this festival has become Vietnam’s foremost K-culture dining stage, where artistry, heritage and seasonal abundance meet.

This year’s theme, Taste of Korean Autumn, unfolds through the treasures of the season like blue crab, jumbo prawns, gizzard shad, cutlass fish, pine mushrooms, crisp persimmons, and golden Korean pears, each transformed into refined experiences by celebrated masters.

Part 1. An Exquisite Teppanyaki Night at Stellar Teppanyaki

Stellar Teppanyaki proudly welcomes Chef Lee Heejoon of Lavender Seoul for a special culinary showcase. Drawing inspiration from Korea’s seasonal abundance, Chef Lee presents a refined set menu where each course is crafted with precision and grace. The experience is elevated with pairings of exquisite French wines and a special tasting of premium Andong Soju.

 Part 2. An Evening of Michelin-Starred Elegance at Stellar Steakhouse

Prepare to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey as we welcome Michelin-starred Chef Cho Youngdong of Y'east (Gangnam, Seoul) for an exclusive 2-night event at Stellar Steakhouse. Chef Cho earned his first Michelin Star in the Seoul & Busan edition of the 2025 Michelin Guide.

In this event, he will present a modern interpretation of Korean fine dining. This exquisite evening begins with a welcome drink of sparkling wine from OmyNara, offering a delicate taste of 'Gyeol'. Guests will be treated to a meticulous set menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired with exceptional French wines. The experience culminates with a dessert enhanced by a drizzle of 'Gowoon Bar,' OmyNara’s premium distilled spirit, providing a perfect final note.

 Part 3. An Authentic Taste of Autumn at 3 Spoons 

Celebrate the essence of the season at 3 Spoons as we present the Flavours of Korean Autumn, a special buffet crafted by K-Cuisine Master Chef Hong Joonki. Chef Hong will lead a culinary showcase featuring an extensive variety of traditional Korean dishes. Each creation is prepared with seasonal ingredients, highlighting the rich and diverse flavours of a Korean autumn. To complement the feast, a special Andong Soju collection will be featured, providing a perfect opportunity to explore the refined taste of this premium Korean spirit.
