His creations reflect a delicate balance of bold aromatics, intricate spices, and time-honoured techniques, resulting in a dining experience that is both authentic and artful.

From vibrant salads and delicately steamed selections to richly spiced curries and beloved street-food classics, the menu showcases Thailand’s regional diversity and gastronomic soul. Signature offerings include Larb Moo (Spicy Minced Pork Salad), Som Tum Goong Yang (Papaya Salad with Grilled Prawns), Pla Neung See Ew (Steamed Fish with Light Soy Sauce), and Massaman Neua (Beef Massaman Curry), alongside soulful noodle and rice dishes such as Kanom Jeen Nam Ya Kati Pak Sod (Fresh Thai Rice Noodles with Coconut Chicken Curry).
