Tan Son Nhat Golf Course is a public golf course located 4 kilometers from the center of Ho Chi Minh City and one of Saigon's most popular courses. Built across 156 hectares, the 36-hole course borders the Tan Son Nhat Airport – the busiest in Vietnam.

Nelson & Haworth Golf Course Architects designed a top course out of the surrounding flattish land. Significant earth mounding, many water hazards, large bunkers, and undulating greens characterize every hole. Paspalum turf used on the tees, fairway, rough, and greens ensure top year-round playing conditions. The Saigon golf course is a modern city layout, and Vietnam's most populated city's skyline is viewable from practically every hole.

As well as being the most convenient to play in the city, the course conditioning is consistently great during both dry and wet seasons.  Offering four nines is a considerable advantage when it comes to course maintenance and playability. Each nine is equally challenging and well-maintained.

Inspection team of "Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards 2024" shared their feeeling about Tan Son Nhat Golf Course:

This morning we surveyed Tan Son Nhat Golf Course featuring 36 holes and an Impressive clubhouse complex located within the city. On arrival you can't but notice the size of the clubhouse that houses a 2000 seat function centre. The Golf course is broken into 4 9 hole sections the shortest being 3620 yards. And are all slightly different. The fairways have slopes and a number of the greens are raised but are generous in size with either bunkers or roll off areas for protection. Fairways are undulating and with a number of holes having water insight there is still plenty of room to land your tee shot. This is a great golfing facility with easy access for everyone. You must come for a few days to play all 36 holes.

One of the things that impressed the inspection team most when coming to Tan Son Nhat Golf Course was the extremely convenient services for golfers. The clubhouse is designed with airy space on an area of ​​10,000 square meters and classic style with amenities such as: Pro shop, Locker room for men and women, Jacuzzi, Long Bien restaurant, VIP rooms in private areas. In particular, the luxurious Wine Cellar area with hundreds of high-end wines, etc. In particular, the Long Bien Palace Wedding and Conference Center can accommodate up to 2,000 guests, meeting all needs of organizing weddings and parties. and birthdays... Other facilities of the course, including pro shop, practice field, chipping and putting areas, locker rooms, etc. are all modern and meet the needs of golfers.

One of the interesting features at Tan Son Nhat is night golf. Play carries on past midnight and might be a good way to settle bets or as an alternative to the Saigon nightlife.

What impresses the inspection team most here is their caddies are friendly, enthusiastic, experienced and good at foreign languages. To achieve this, since officially coming into operation, the golf course's board of directors has also paid great attention to caddy training. 

With the advantages of both golf experience and service quality, Tan Son Nhat Golf Course is always crowded with players whether day or night, contributing to creating a tourist attraction for Ho Chi Minh City.
