Hanako Kawasaki's admirable academic achievements in the US 08:00, 15/06/2022

Majoring in Business Administration and Management at Boston University since October 2018, mixed Vietnamese-Japanese golfer, Hanako Kawasaki quickly made an impression on her golfing ability and study results. Less than a year later, Kawasaki was the individual champion, and along with her teammates won the Patriot League, registered in the history of the regional competition system of the universities of the East of North America as the first golfer to receive the double title of "Rookie of the Year" and "Golfer of the Year" in the same season.

Also in the first the junior year, Kawasaki achieved a GPA (average score) of 3.6, thereby, participating in the Patriot League's academic honor table. In June 2020, Hanako and another Vietnamese golfer, Nguyen Thao My were honored with All American Scholars - a title for female golfers with good achievements in study and competition as voted for by the America Women's Golf Coaches Association.

In mid-May 2021, Hanako Kawasaki continued to be honored in the Patriot League's academic honor list when she had excellent academic performance in the past year, she was the golfer with the best performance in the Patriot League. In July 2021, the Vietnamese female golfer also won a place to attend the US Women's Amateur, a major for female amateur golfers in the world.

Besides her excellent academic achievement, Hanako Kawasaki is also a talented golfer. Kawasaki is currently the female representative holding the most national championships in Vietnam. Kawasaki's latest - seventh title is at the National Women's Championship (VLAO) 2020 at Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An in July. Before that, Hanako was crowned VLAO in 2016, 2018; National Fighting Championship (VMC) 2017, 2018 and Youth Championship (VJO) 2017, 2019.

In January 2021, Kawasaki was one of 17 legitimate individuals and golf associations honored by the Vietnam Golf Association at the VGA Awards gala. On the WAGR, Hanako Kawasaki is always the highest ranked Vietnamese female golfer.
