BRG Open Golf Championship 2022: 5 Vietnamese golfers enter the final round 08:30, 01/09/2022

At the first tournament of the Asian Development Tour held in Danang, Vietnam had 40 golfers competing against foreign athletes. Although only 5 golfers made it to the final, Vietnamese golfers also learned a lot of experience to further improve their playing skills.

Among the 5 faces who continue to go to the final, golfer Nguyen Huu Quyet is currently holding the highest position. Although he ended the first 18 holes with a bad result of 76 strokes, then he tried his best to complete the second round with only 72 strokes. Nguyen Huu Quyet will enter the final round with a total score of +4.

The second place belongs to a familiar name and has recorded many achievements in domestic tournaments, that is golfer Do Hong Giang. With a total score of +5 after 2 days of competition (74 - 75), the champion of FLC Vietnam Masters 2020 passed the cut to reach the final.

Truong Chi Quan is the third name of Vietnam to go to the final. Despite starting the first day of the match with an impressive score of 70 strokes, the golfer born in 1998 had a bad performance on the second day. Although he got 2 birdies, he got 1 triple bogey, 3 double bogey and 2 bogey and had to finish the second round with 81 strokes. Fortunately, a total score of +7 was still enough for him to pass the cut of the tournament.

Another representative of Vietnam participating in the final match day is golfer Doan Van Dinh. With a score of 72 strokes on the 2nd round, Doan Van Dinh made the cut and ranked T48 with a total score of +9.

Vietnam's only amateur golfer to enter the final day of the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 is Doan Uy. The total score of +6 is an encouraging result for Doan Uy when in recent tournaments golfers born in 2007 are often eliminated early.

Chinese golfer Chen Guxin is temporarily leading with a total score of -8. Meanwhile, with a total score of +11 strokes, Nguyen Anh Minh missed the cut.
