According to the portal of Tuyen Quang City, on June 25, provincial leaders had a meeting in My Lam ward, Tuyen Quang to check the progress of a number of projects in the area.

At the meeting, provincial leaders asked agencies related to the Vinpearl Golf, My Lam Tuyen Quang resort, and My Lam park, to clarify the issue of why these projects have slow implementation progress.

These are large-scale projects that have a positive impact on the socio-economic development of Tuyen Quang.

According to the report of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City, Vinpearl Golf My Lam - Tuyen Quang has been approved for investment since September 2021, has a total area of 75.85 ha with 165 households and 1 affected organization having to acquire land.

In which, the land area handed over by My Lam Tea Joint Stock Company to the local management, which needs to be implemented is 40.02ha.

Currently, the City Land Fund Center has coordinated with the People's Committee of My Lam ward, the investor of the project to hold a public meeting to decide on the approval of the investment policy, review and make statistics on the current status of land use for 152/156 households and individuals.

Representatives of the investor and leaders of Tuyen Quang city, leaders of My Lam ward gave a quick report on the reasons why the project was delayed because some households did not agree on policies on support for land, crops and assets on land, difficulties and problems related to resettlement and the process of statistics, review, inventory, change of land use purpose; The current situation of the existing cemetery area does not meet the movement and needs of the people.

Concluding at the meeting, provincial leaders emphasized that projects and works have been implemented in the city such as Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho highway connecting with Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway, Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway, urban traffic works and My Lam mineral spring resort... are key works creating breakthroughs for the province and city in traffic development, urban infrastructure market and is a premise to attract the development of tourism and services.

Therefore, requesting review units to accelerate site clearance, handle cases that deliberately oppose or make requests in contravention of state regulations.
