Embark on a gastronomic journey once again at The Veranda Grill, with a delicious 5-course menu, perfectly paired with premium Gerard Bertrand wines from France - classified as the “European Winery of the Year”.

Menu includes:

Amuse Bouche: Homemade smoked salmon wrapped crepes with sour dill cream cheese - Ocean crab cakes with paprika and coconut sauce - Grilled local big clams with onions and quail egg.

- Starter: Mozzarella cheese beef rolls or Duck breast orange salad.
- Main #1: Grilled King prawn with garlic butter, mango salsa & coconut curry sauce.
- Main #2: Australian beef tenderloin, red wine sauce with condiments.
- Dessert: Chocolate fondant, berry sorbet or Pear tart.

Each course will be paired with different wines from the stunning selection of Gerard Bertrand to elevate your taste buds on this original journey of the senses.
