Nguyen Thao My achieved positive results in Europe 11:30, 17/06/2022

Montauban Ladies Open 2022 is the 5th out of 16 tournaments under the LET (Lady European Tour) Access system. This year's tournament has 97 athletes competing. Golfer Nguyen Thao My played impressively and achieved positive results when entering the top 30. Before that, the Lexus Challenge 2022 champion attended the tournament in the Czech Republic.

A good score after the tournament in France gives Thao My a good momentum to be ready to enter the next event - Golf Vlaanderen Letas Trophy 2022 (Belgium) from June 22-25.

After the European tour, Nguyen Thao My was also honored to be one of two Vietnamese female golfers (along with Ngo Bao Nghi) invited by the Organizing Committee of the 2022 Asia-Pacific Team Championship to attend the tournament (take place next August in Indonesia). This is a top tournament attracting 20 teams (2 golfers/team) from 15 countries, including golf powerhouses such as the US, Japan, Korea, and Thailand.

This event has a total prize pool of up to 750,000 USD and no Vietnamese golfer has ever competed in a tournament with such large prize money. The duo Thao My - Bao Nghi have confirmed to attend and are planning and preparing for the tournament.
