[Southern region] Vietnam Caddies Championship 2022 officially kicks off 09:00, 12/09/2022

After 2 years of hiatus due to Covid 19, Vietnam Caddies Championship - the first golf tournament exclusively for domestic caddie and golf course operators has officially kicked off the Southern region’s tournament on September 12 at the Tan Son Nhat Golf Course, Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnam Caddies Championship 2022 attracts nearly 140 caddies from southern golf courses. Many caddies attending the Vietnam Caddies Championship for the first time expressed their satisfaction with the organization, scale and quality of this prestigious tournament.

Le Van Bien, FLC Quy Nhon Golf Links’ caddie shared: “I have attended many tournaments but this is my first time competing at the Vietnam Caddies Championship. I would like to thank Vietnam Golf & Leisure for organizing a large-scale and quality tournament for caddies throughout the country in general, and the South in particular. We are very happy to play at Tan Son Nhat golf course, one of the famous golf courses in Vietnam. Attending this tournament is an opportunity for me to learn and interact with caddies at other golf courses across the South. I will try to do my best to get the results I want in this tournament.”

“This is my first time attending the Vietnam Caddies Championship organized by Vietnam Golf & Leisure. I am very pleased to be competing in a tournament of this scale, quality and prestige. Because it was my first time participating, I competed with a relaxed mentality and did not set a goal to win a high prize. However, I still hope to win Nearest to the Pin for Ladies to have more memorable memories at this tournament”, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao from Taekwang Jeongsan Golf & Country Club expressed her excitement. 

More than a tournament, “Vietnam Caddies Championship 2022” will continue to be a great “festival” for the caddie community and people working on golf courses across the country to exchange, share, develop passion and their love of golf. Caddie uniforms and interesting minigames will also be the highlight of this year's tournament along with trophies and many valuable prizes.

The final result of Vietnam Caddies Championship 2022 will be updated by Vietnam Golf & Leisure on Website, Fanpage, Group and other media.
