The First Hole in One at T99 VGA Tour Championship 12:03, 19/12/2022

The first round of the grand final event of the T99 VGA Tour Championship is taking place in a dramatic way at Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort. The weather at the course is sunny and light wind, the golfers are keeping their spirits up and playing well.

In particular, the first Hole in One prize of the T99 VGA Tour Championship has its owner. Tang Nhon Phu had an excellent performance to bring himself an impressive HIO at the iconic 14 par 3 hole of Thanh Lanh course, a special golf hole with a heart-shaped green placed in the middle of the lake.

With this achievement, golfer Tang Nhon Phu pocketed a prize of 200 million VND from the sponsor.

The first birdie of the T99 VGA Tour Championship belongs to golfer Nguyen Thanh Hai. Thanh Hai had an excellent start, putting the ball on the fairway on the first tee and on the green on the second.

T99 VGA Tour Championship is the most anticipated event in December of the Vietnamese golf village. The grand final event of the VGA Tour is considered the perfect ending for professional golf in 2022.

The top 30 golfers in Vietnam competed at Thanh Lanh Valley Golf & Resort from December 19-22. Competition for a total prize fund of up to 1.5 billion VND, of which the champion earned 500 million VND.
