In a remarkable collaboration, 3 guest chefs from Taiwan will join hands to showcase their culinary skills. Together, they represent the pinnacle of the island’s gastronomic excellence: Chef Li Cheng-Shang - Banquet Chef at Mandarin Oriental Taipei, has led prestigious banquets including the Golden Horse Awards. Chef Chih Yi-Ming - Executive Chef at Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel, is celebrated for his refined interpretation of traditional banquet cuisine. Chef Chen Chia-Mo - Chair of the Department of Chinese Culinary Arts at National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, brings academic excellence and experience to every creation.
Taiwanese Buffet at 3 Spoons
At 3 Spoons, guests are invited to explore the diversity of Taiwanese cuisine through a thoughtfully curated buffet experience. Highlights include Kaoliang-infused sausage, tea-scented drunken chicken, Hakka-style spicy fish, Taiwanese salt and pepper fried chicken, and steamed glutinous rice with Donggang dried shrimp and black sesame oil.

Each dish reflects a chapter of Taiwan’s culinary story, from the mountain herbs of Yunlin to the ocean harvests of Donggang, meticulously crafted by Chef Chen Chia-Mo, Chef Li Cheng-Shang and Chef Chih Yi-Ming.

Set Menu at Stellar Steakhouse
At Stellar Steakhouse, guests will embark on an elevated fine-dining journey through a bespoke Taiwanese set menu designed by Chef Li Cheng-Shang and Chef Chih Yi-Ming.
Signature dishes include five-spice squid, Shaoxing wine–braised pork belly, pan-seared abalone, steamed giant grouper, and Ai-Yu crystal jelly with tapioca pearls and deep-fried kumquat cake - each revealing the harmony of flavours and textures that define Taiwanese gastronomy.
To enrich the experience, each course can be paired with either premium Taiwanese spirits or premium teas, thoughtfully selected to reflect the island’s terroir. From the S.C. Lab “Hanaki” Four Seasons Tea Gin Soda to the Kavalan Concertmaster Single Malt Whisky, or the serene infusions of Dong Ding Oolong and Oriental Beauty Tea, every sip embodies the spirit and culture of Taiwan.
