10 Vietnamese amateur golfers compete at BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 09:30, 16/08/2022

The BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 will be held at BRG Danang Golf Resort from August 28 to September 2. At this tournament, Vietnam will have 22 slots for domestic golfers, including 15 golfers selected by the Vietnam Golf Association and 7 golfers invited by sponsors. Regarding the 15 golfers selected by the Vietnam Golf Association, golfers who meet one of the following conditions will be eligible to participate:

• Top 5 Vietnamese professional golfers on the VGA Tour 2022 Money List.
• 10 amateur golfers: members of the National Golf Team; top 5 Vietnamese golfers on the WAGR; top 3 Vietnam Open Amateur Golf Championship 2022; Won the Men's Group U15, U18, U21 Vietnam Junior Open 2022.

10 Vietnamese amateur golfers qualified to compete at the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2022 include: Nguyen Anh Minh, Nguyen Dang Minh, Le Khanh Hung, Nguyen Nhat Long, Nguyen Bao Long, Dang Quang Anh, Nguyen Quang Tri, Doan Uy, Nguyen Tuan Anh and Do Quang Khanh. Nguyen Anh Minh is the number 1 amateur golfer in Vietnam and is currently in the Top 200 WAGR.

As an event of the Asian Development Tour, BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2022 will gather many talented golfers from around the world to attend, expected to host up to 144 international and Vietnamese golfers compete. The BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 includes 01 Pro-Am tournament and 03 official rounds for professional golfers.

There will be a cut after 02 days of competition (36 holes), the top 50 golfers in the rankings and a tie will be able to compete in the final round to receive the prize money. BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 has a bonus fund of 75,000 USD.
