Johnson’s victory at WGC Bridgestone, together with his impressive win at the U.S. Open at Oakmont, propelled him up the world rankings in speedy fashion. He hasn’t quite caught Jason Day, who is more than two points ahead. Johnson is ahead of Spieth by 0.002 points.
