We’ll be learning tricks of the trade from Tran Han, a cold brew expert with an impressive set of awards to her name, champion of Vietnam’s National Barista competition for two years running, and silver medallist of 2018’s World Aromaster Championship. 

Hoang Thao is the 2019 Winner of Vietnam’s National Latte Art Championship, and was crowned 2018’s PCA Latte art Throwdown. Who better to learn the trends and eye catching designs that will be decorating cups of coffee across the country in 2020. 

 The bartenders teasing your tastebuds on the day are Thanh Tung – Beam Suntory’s Ambassador, and Nguyen Duong – 2017’s La Maison Cointreau Vietnam Champion.

Throughout the day we’ll be hosting talks, masterclasses and MONIN application booths, so you’ll leave bubbling over with ideas. 

To celebrate our first party bringing all four key industries of the MONIN community together, Nam Trung will be showing us how it’s done with flaring wizardry. When we’ve loosened up with a few cocktails, we’ll be making the most of Intercontinental’s Grand Ballroom with a swing dance session transporting you back to jazz’s golden era.
