With five full lakes and ten natural streams on site, the private estate continues its push forward with natural irrigation – a concept gaining traction on golf courses around the world. The Dàlat at 1200 uses natural water on site, in addition to a number of recycling methods, all of which have helped improve drainage and direct water runoff towards the lake.

The Dàlat at 1200 is uncovering more water sources every week, helping the property continue to stake its claim as the nation’s most beautiful and scenic golf course. Most recently the team discovered a natural 100-metre long, 40-metre high cascade waterfall near tee box 15. Once cleared, visitors to private estate will be able to hike to the peak and overlook spectacular views westward across the estate.

“To ensure long-term success for The Dàlat at 1200, it is important for us to find a balance between the project and its surrounding environment,” said General Manager David Hill. “By preserving and enhancing the natural environment and surroundings on site through water management, preservation of naturally occurring flora and fauna and habitat conservation, we’re able to strike that balance and create a truly remarkable private estate.”

Located 20 minutes from Dalat’s international airport and built on 850 hectares of rolling hills and fragrant pines, The Dàlat at 1200’s luxury villas and resort residences offer the best in hill station living. Set around a par-73 championship course, the Country Club & Private Estate has firmly established itself among the leading developments in Vietnam’s luxury segment.

The Dàlat at 1200 features four types of stand-alone villas with plots from 475m2 to 4,800m2 and a total build-up area from 260m2 to 836m2 of internal and external decking and patios. The resort residences are 1, 2 or 3-bedroom units, where the penthouse units have wrap-around balconies and 215m2 of internal and external living space. Breaking ground in November 2015, the first set of luxury villas are expected to be complete in Q1 of 2017. A 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom resort residence unit will be complete for viewing by January 2017. By invitation only, guests can visit the site to play a round of golf or take a tour of the growing community.
