Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi supported the Earth Hour Initiative 2019

HANOI, VIETNAM, 2nd April, 2019 - On Saturday, March 30th 2019, Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi responded to the Earth Hour Initiative 2019 in line with strong commitment to global sustainability by switching off all the non-essential lights from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm. From this special occasion onward, new eco-friendly straws had replaced all plastic ones as an effort to combat excess plastic waste.

All guests were recommended to turn off the power in their rooms and invited to Lounge 83 to enjoy delightful drinks with delicious Swiss chocolate baked goods from 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm. Many guests enthusiastically joined us to spread awareness for the meaningful programme on social media by posting a photo with the hashtags #mhh4earth and #connect2earth.
