From 17–19 December, the hotel welcomes Michelin-recognized Chef Chi Joonhyuk for the Korean Gastronomy Journey, a three-night culinary showcase that brings the sophistication of modern Korean cuisine to the heart of Sapa.

Through refined techniques, contemporary interpretations, and his signature balance of boldness and elegance, Chef Joonhyuk presents a curated collection of dishes that illuminate the depth, heritage, and evolving artistry of Korea’s gastronomic tradition. Each creation reflects his modern perspective while honoring the flavors and cultural narratives that define Korean cuisine.

The celebration continues on 20 December with Feast Among The Stars, Hotel de la Coupole’s flagship immersive dining experience and one of the most anticipated culinary events of the year.

Led by Director of Culinary Oliver Mette, the evening transforms traditional dining into a dynamic journey, where guests move freely between live chef stations, artisanal tasting counters, and thoughtfully curated culinary showcases. Each creation is crafted exclusively for the night by a distinguished ensemble of Michelin-selected and award-winning chefs, bringing together diverse techniques, cultures, and interpretations of flavor.

Adding a layer of enchantment, internationally acclaimed magician Petey Majik takes on the role of the evening’s Culinary Investigator.
