Hotel de la Coupole Sapa – MGallery Collection Celebrates World Cocktail Months with an Exclusive Guest Shift by The Hudson Rooms
Inspired by the glamour, secrecy and innovation of the Prohibition era, the experience celebrates a time when hidden speakeasies flourished, bartenders became storytellers, and cocktails evolved into enduring icons. Across two evenings, guests will discover timeless classics alongside contemporary creations that honour both heritage and craftsmanship.
The Stage: Absinthe Bar
Perched atop Hotel de la Coupole Sapa, Absinthe Bar is inspired by Les Années Folles - the dazzling Parisian era of the 1920s, when fashion, art and culture flourished. Echoing the glamour of a decade that unfolded alongside America's Prohibition Era, the bar provides the perfect backdrop for an immersive cocktail experience where Parisian elegance meets the spirit of New York's legendary speakeasies.
The Guest: The Hudson Rooms
Inspired by the timeless elegance of New York's golden age of cocktails, The Hudson Rooms has become one of Asia's most celebrated cocktail destinations, earning a place among Asia's 50 Best Bars. Rooted in the art of classic mixology and warm hospitality, the bar brings its signature style to Absinthe Bar for two exclusive evenings, where every cocktail is crafted with precision, character and a story.
Two Evenings. Two Stories.
The first evening, Martini Night, celebrates the evolution of one of the world's most iconic cocktails through three elegant interpretations. The second, The Art of Reinvention, presents three original creations inspired by Sapa's landscapes and the adventurous spirit of modern mixology.
Curated exclusively for the event, the six-cocktail collection pairs timeless techniques with contemporary flavours. From the classic 42nd Street Martinez and Bryant Park to the locally inspired Mường Hoa Express, The Misty Station and Fansipan Sunset, each cocktail reflects a meeting of Prohibition-era glamour and the spirit of Sapa.
