Hoa Binh approves trillion VND golf course project 09:30, 26/07/2022

Accordingly, Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee approved the Urban and Commercial Development Investment Joint Stock Company to be the investor of the Ky Son golf course project. A 36-hole golf course with a registered land area of about 148.67 hectares. The term of operation is 50 years from the date of approval of the project investment policy by the Provincial People's Committee.

The project has a total investment of over 921 billion VND, implemented in Quang Tien and Thinh Minh communes, Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province.

Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee requires investors to work with relevant departments and agencies, People's Committees of communes having projects, People's Committees of Hoa Binh city to implement the project's progress.

In the process of formulating the construction planning project of 1/500 scale of the project, investors should pay attention to determine the location and scale of construction investment to ensure the current standards and regulations, and ensure that the location and area of the forest is approved by the competent authority for the change of use purpose to another purpose. 

The project must not change the current status of forests and land before the competent State agency decides to change the use purpose and lease the land to implement the project.

Currently, Hoa Binh province owns two unique golf courses: Hilltop Valley Golf Club and Phoenix Golf - Phoenix Golf Resort.
