“TPBank World Amateur Golfers Championship Vietnam 2016” hosted by TPBank in Vietnam has officially been started enrolling amateur golfers across the country since June 08 2016.

"TPBank World Amateur Golfers Championship Vietnam"(TPBank WAGC) belongs to tournament system of “World Amateur Golfers Championship", a globally great and prestigious international competition for amateur golfers from many countries, sponsored by the US Professional Golfers’ Association (USPGA). This is the familiar tour with golfers in Vietnam since 2011, which Vietnamese outstanding amateur golfers not only have the opportunity to participate in the international golf tournament held in Vietnam, but they also can challenge with other amateur golfers from over 40 countries around the world.

Following the success of 2015 TPBank WAGC, "2016 TPBank WAGC" has officially been kicked off, promising to bring the audience impressive rounds, especially finding out new talents who represent Vietnam to enroll on the leaderboard at the world final round in South Africa this October.

Information about the tournament "2016 TPBank WAGC" as follows:

I. SCHEDULE:

"2016 TPBank WAGC" includes 02 qualifying rounds and 01 final round:

Qualifying in the South: July 16 2016 at Twin Doves Golf Course, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong.
Qualifying in the North: August 06 2016 at Long Bien Golf Course, Long Bien District, Ha Noi
Final: September 10 2016 at Sky Lake Golf Course, Chuong My, Ha Noi

II. REGULATIONS:

Vietnamese golfers, regardless men or women, participating in the competition will be divided into five groups based on registered Handicap before playing time:

At each qualifying round in the South and the North: 5 golfers with best results of each competition group will be selected to compete in the Final Round in Ha Noi.
At the Final Round: The champion in each group will participate in the tournament "World Amateur Golfers Championship – Wolrd Final" held in South Africa from October 22 2016 to October 29 2016.

Participation Fee:

Membership: VND 1,500,000 (equivalent to courses of qualifying round)
Not a member: VND 2,500,000
Deals for credit card holders of TPBank Visa Platinum/ TPBank World MasterCard: refund VND 1,000,000 of registration fee for participation
No annual fee in the first year for golfers who open new card during the competition registration
